So again make sure you are lying or sitting comfortably. All you have to do now is assume the position that you have been taught on track 2 and listen to the hypnotherapy session. Just relax and let go, trying not to think consciously of what is being said. Your unconscious mind will do all the positive work on your behalf. 5. Repeated listening is essential. We recommend that you listen to your hypnotherapy audio programme everyday for the first two weeks and then every other day for the following weeks for maximum results.
