HYPNOTHERAPY AUDIO PROGRAMME INSTRUCTIONS 1. First of all you must listen to track 1 on your hypnotic audio programme, this track will tell you what to do and what not to do and is the same on each CD. 2. Before moving on to track 2, choose a safe and quite place to listen to your hypnotherapy audio programme. Somewhere you can relax and feel safe, where no will disturb you for about 30-35minutes. You could always listen to your programme just before bedtime and ignore the waking suggestions and just allow yourself to drift of to sleep and to awaken at your usual waking hour. Everyone is different, so find a time that suits you. 3. Put on some headphones (highly recommended) and lay or sit back with your whole body supported and begin to listen to track 2 of your CD. This track is to teach you how to enter into a relaxed state of hypnosis quickly and easily. You only need listen to track 2 once or twice to get the idea of what you need to do on track 3. Track 2 is also the same on each CD. 4. Now it is time to continue with your actual hypnotherapy which you will find on track 3 of your hypnotherapy audio programme. So again make sure you are lying or sitting comfortably. All you have to do now is assume the position that you have been taught on track 2 and listen to the hypnotherapy session. Just relax and let go, trying not to think consciously of what is being said. Your unconscious mind will do all the positive work on your behalf. 5. Repeated listening is essential. We recommend that you listen to your hypnotherapy audio programme everyday for the first two weeks and then every other day for the following weeks for maximum results. Continue for as long as you feel necessary. |
